What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol — an open standard assistants use to read and act on outside data. Tietoni is an MCP server, so any client that speaks it (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and others) can connect with OAuth and work from your team’s context.
Do we have to change how we write things down?
No. Notes are markdown. Tables are typed columns you define yourself or infer from a pasted CSV. Edit in the app or let an authorized agent write for you — every change becomes a revision either way.
Who can see what?
Workspaces are the boundary. People join as owner, admin, or member; each agent gets its own grant naming the workspaces and verbs it may use. Every read and write lands in the activity log, and any agent can be revoked in one click.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Account settings has a full JSON export — workspaces, catalogs, notes, tables, schemas, revisions, and audit events — available whenever you want it.
What happens when early access ends?
Pricing will be posted on this page first. Existing workspaces won’t change without notice to their owners.
